Treve is "secret"
Treve is "bandit city"
Treve has many enemies
Trevian warriors are sought after as mercenaries.. we dont help other cities without payment or something in it for usThere are many examples of how we should behave IC in our RP theme and here are some basics.
Regarding visitors and other Gorean Cities.1. All strangers are enemies... we dont acknowledge Treve exists, we certainly dont give directions without a good reason
2. All strangers are hooded/blindfolded if escorted to the city.
3. Vistors without escorts to the gates of the city are told to go away or be automatically captured... we are not "walmart greeters"
4. We are arrogant, aggressive, proud and dismissive of all other Goreans.. Trevians are the ultimate Goreans
5. Treve Law (the IC legal behaviour) is just for Trevans... we dont acknowledge anybody elses laws
6. We are the dominant force in GOR

..everybody else is beneath us.. culturally etc.
7. FW not from Treve.. are a) possible slaves b) sources of money through kidnap or being sold as slaves outside of Treve...we Do NOT offer tea and cakes on the lawn.
Some other IC tips
1. Regard everybody you dont know as a possible spy, assasin or somebody trying to ursurp Treve or overthrow us.
2. DO NOT acknowledge the Ubar or Ubara in public to outsiders.. thats like painting a target on their head.
Remember.. Your city is the epitomy of GOR... the men take what they want and the only thing that stops them is the lack of strength and lack of skill in using their sword... that makes US all a target for revenge and reprisals.
The Village of Minus.
1. The village is NOT Treve.
2. It is an outpost we use to stage our raids and hunting parties.
3. It is a place of trade.
4. There is no law in Minus
5. Trevans use it as a neutral area.. to meet, trade, sell captives
6. We protect it as though it belongs to Treve.. but IT IS NOT TREVE
I cant say anymore.. please read the RP theme notices we have.
If any other citizens has advice for new citizens.. please post them here.. and remember.. our best IC enemies are often our best OOC friends.
