I keep wanting to throw my hands in the air and go "Lady...Yay!" every time I read one of your posts.
* Yaynenali Resident laughs! When I first joined Cyprianus I had forgotten that I had a gesture active and typed out my name in an emote. It was quite a sight to see the new FW Baker standing in a crowd of strangers, thrusting her hands up in the air and squealing "Yayyyyyy!"

That... is a funny thought... walks off laughing hard enough to hear out loud..

I disagree that going straight to the board admin is the way to handle it.  To me that's cowardly.  I think going to the person directly first is the way to go.  Maybe you just do things that way?  I dunno.  (shrugs)  Not my style.

And since you did not have the right to delete the thread from the forum, which is what she wanted done, what would you have done if she had come to you directly?

What I find amusing is there are more cookie volunteers than blowjob volunteers!!

Maybe that's because you never know where it's been.

But that's true for the cookie as well, actually.   Grin

Randall had the right to remove the roleplay from the forum. Anyone can edit their own posts. Simply deleting the text that was there and putting in something to the effect of "Thread deleted by one player's request," would have solved the problem. Randall could have then optionally contacted Laja and asked for a full removal.  But it doesn't matter, Randall never got the chance to edit or ask for removal because the opposing player went around him, assuming that Randall would automatically be insensitive or not care.

Actually I could have edited the posts to remove all the content.  Same effect as removing the thread entirely.  No use speculating on it now though.  It is what it is.

Oh, I see that now.  I can go back and completely change some of my earlier posts to completely disrupt the flow of the thread and no one can stop me.  I didn't realise that.  That's whole different colour horse.  On most forums I have been in, including a couple I modded or adminned, that's not allowed once a post has been responded to.  I just assumed that was the case here.  Now that I know it's not I can go back and remove some of my more embarassing blunders Wink

Somehow I don't see where fear enters the equation.
