Come to Imperial Ar. They had put recruitment notices for Arena / Gladiator trainers for "gladiators of both genders". I had applied for such a gladiator spot, but the role is not yet active due to the missing trainer / arena responsible (last I know at least)

SLAVER – SPECIALIZED IN FIGHTING SLAVES: A man who is willing to train intensively gladiatorial slaves of both genders. Responsible for their purchase, discipline and arranging of events in the arena for the entertainment of the crowd. Responsible also for their lease as body guard slaves and to see that they are kept in chains at all times and unarmed if out of the sands. These slaves will be kept under the area in small but proper area with cages.

You could also indicate your interest in a slave house focused on male fighting slaves as offered in the books on the Imperial Ar forum as well to be sure the owners/mods get you a quick response.
