On behalf of the Caste of Thieves, I extend a warm welcome to all of the Merchants out there who engage in 'less than stellar' activities, to include, but not limited to;  fending of stolen property, smuggling, sale and transfer of prohibited goods and contraband, tax evasion, embezzlement and the like!  I invite any who so wish to come seek us out...  open lines of communication and begin to create a vibrant working relationship between the shady merchants/Black Marketeers and the Thieves' Caste.   We can make use of your services in money-laundering, fencing of our illegally obtained criminal proceeds, and in procuring goods and services without alerting the authorities as to our goals or presence, we also welcome your comeraderie and the information that you come upon...   and for which we will pay in coin!   Perhaps you might require some type of assistance that we can provide as well.  Whatever the case..  there is strength in numbers.  Come and seek us out...   once we know where you are based, you may expect visits to your city, and perhaps some hijinx, capers, shennanigans, adventures, and other forms of interesting RP will ensue!!
