Reports are coming in fast and furious that Cardonicus spies are wandering the lands to the south of the Voltia Mountains. The Council can only speculate that they are seeking paths to the city in order to attack.

Again.. other rumours have come to the attention of strange men, described as northern in appearance, perhaps Torvslanders appearing in Minus. Again the High Council views this as concerning and directs all Trevians to be aware of this possible threat.

*hears the alert go out and smiles to herself... knowing that spies from Cardonicus have been visiting for some time though they have not gained the courage or fortitude to progress past that point.  As far as news of those from her homelands... she hides her interest... though wonders who travels this far south and to what end.

Well a strange day indeed of which the somewhat deceptive air hides many more a secrets. Arriving to tend to my stall before I set off on my journey, I pounced upon figures in the holding cells in Minus.

What transpired as I paid close attention was a stranger, a man dressed in the dreaded caste colours bound in a cell as the Warrior Althalus, Lady Seren and a kajira were poised outside.

Having spoken with Lady Seren, I ascertained that she was chanced upon by this man and the question put forth to her as to what he has to do in order to be locked up. Seren simply told him he had to break the law of which he then struck her in the face causing her nose to bleed. Hastily Lady Seren rang the alarm to alert the lands of this atrocity.

Swiftly, Warrior Althalus arrived to her aid and the man was bound, his clothing removed (except his cloak) and any concealed weapons removed and discarded. Upon further questioning by the brave Warrior, the man proclaims that he is of the caste that his clothing colours represent. He remains adament to further questioning, not devulging anymore details. He is now held captive in a secret location only known to the Warrior Althalus.

I find this event totally bizarre and all I can put it down to is that this is just the beginning of a more sinister outcome. I have made this thought known to all present and urge all citizens to be vigilant.

I sincerely wish all safety as imminent danger lurks in every stone of Minus.
