RP with Thentis is on hold; we have some concerns with Rovere, so we need other targets besides the panther groups that have fallen in love with the men of Treve after seeing our calendar. Here is a list of BtB sims we can scout. I suggest we divide this list up between the warriors and scout all of them looking for best targets:

Axe Fjord
Blood Stone Island
Cardonicus
City of Edgington
City of Kasra (Isle of Tyros)
City of Midas
City of Treve
City of Venna
Heimdal Skerry Holding
Hills of Cardonicus
Hochburg
Laura
Muninnsdal Fjord
Northern Forest
Northern Forests
Oasis of Nine Wells (East and West)
Oasis of Sand Sleen
Oasis of Sand Sleen South
Omen Valley
Outpost of Laura
Paravaci Outriders
Port Kar
Port Rarir - No outlaws
Rovere
Salernum
Skjern
Sklads Isle
The Soaring Herlit
Tarnburg
Temwood
Tentium City (Isle of Tyros)
Teslit sims
Thentis
Turian Plains - German sim - International rp encouraged
Verr Fjord
Village of Ayr
Village of Piedmont
Village of Yggdrasil
Vonda City/Vonda Port
Wastelands of Sand Sleen
Woods of Cardonicus

I  have already started scouting the Village of Piedmont , I know Dark has checked out Tarnburg , maybe put the list up in the warriors hall then any warrior at a loose end could pick one .

On request I write it down again

The idea is based on the tarn mercenaries of Hakeel hired by Saphar and later bribed by Kamchak.

This means that groups of tarnsmen can be hired as mercs by all in Gor

the example I had was based that a nomad ubar hired them from Treve, this can create an enormous row of rp scenes:
- at the nomads: find an enemy city to be raid, dicussions about what we need, can we do it ourselfs, why must we hire tarnsmen, insulted outriders because we hire others etc
- at nomads once decision is made: select city of which we hire, how do we get a messenger there. do we send a suspendable slave or a trusted warrior
- once contact is laid: negotiations about the hiring price, how divide the loot, what we do with prisoners (in case of Omen Valley which is non combat all prisoners should be send to combat sim to give others a fair chance to free them)
- at tarnsman: decide how to fly to the plains, which cities do we land, do we raid thoose cities or hide. you can do role play landing 5 tarns in sim, and try being undetected by the sim inhabitants (like Rask)
- once at plains: welcoming party, drunken tarnsman and outiders, maybe duels or sparring, strategic planning by leaders
- the attack, start late afternoon, fly in dark (otherwise to hot) over desert to a city, attack that (if city forbid tarns, you can land at docks and attack ogether with nomads), get the chosen objects, take prisoners and fly back
- back in plains: ceelbration of succes, dividing of the loot
- back home: same role play possibilities as on the way to the plains, selecting sims to hide, or raid. can be fun that prisoners are taken to Treve or other city in several steps over several sims (would be totally confusing for them)
- at Treve; welcoming of victorious tarnmen, parties, putting prisoners in the pit. ransom negotiations, exchanging the ransomed prisoners.

You can even involve some non BtB nomad tribes (almost all have some female bows, thats an onlinism which is very sticky). If you contact fi the Kataii ubar, then he can come with his male warriors to a btb place as Omen Valley or Turian plains. as long as Btb prisoners are not taken to non btb areas.
