My agreement goes with Victor.  When I've been challenged in IMs about information I may have, I show the documentation to the mods and settle it right there.  He could do the same.
If he doesn't... I prefer to witness the tarn death myself.  Tie him between tarns and have them fly in different directions.  Of course if you're eating popcorn, you might want to bring an umbrella.

His hands followed the blurrs figure finding it hard to find the desired area;s. He felt along the neck feeling the veins bulge as he squeezed slightly moving up to His jawline. He put His knee across the Mans shoulder holding Him in place as His muscle became taut. His hands gripped hard on the mans jaw and back of his hand and then suddenly twisted hard. He heard a snap and let the Mans head lay there for a moment. It was a small pop and He was unsure of the kill as He could still feel abit of movement within. He reached up grabbing His dagger from his love smiling at Her "Thank You. " he let the blade slide slowly from his shoulder harness hearing it sing in the air. He pulled the mans head back and placed the dagger at the neck pushing it into the flesh. He pulled hard around the neck feeling the muscles and veins slice with ease as He had just sharpened His dagger. He continued to contour the mans neck until He felt all the skin come loose. He yanked hard hearing a secondary snap as the spine seperated from itself letting His head fly free of His body. He held the head up for all to look at showing the eyes twitch in response to the damage caused "Let this be a testiment to Treve's Ruthlessness!" he said before motioning the kajira (npc) over to dispose of the body.

I think he was using his death to his advaantage he followed me all round Minus last night listening to all the rp and he also tried to kill me in the BC tower where I had gone for a  meeting, as I was leaving the BC escorting me told me to tp out as Blade had opened the trap (lethal) so he is still trying to cause trouble even dead

if he is seen around again, please call for a mod as his RP, behaviour, presence is disrupting things in my opinion.
