new weapons list--BIG CHANGES

I wanted everyone to have a chance to look and comment before making this official. the big changes are with bows. We will ban any that are not secure:

IMPORTANT CHANGES! PLEASE READ AS THE LIST OF ALLOWED BOWS IS GREATLY REDUCED.

We are no longer allowing bows from weapons makers that have not secured their arrows. We have taken this action to prevent some of the cheating that is going on that is hard to verify with weapons that are more easily hacked. Weapons makers must secure their bows or they cannot be used here. There are the only approved bows in Treve:

Anhandreu Riederer (AC BOW! (except for the G4--that is banned)

Larion Rhode (LR Weapons) (No Combo Weapons)

* Still testing to verify if they are secure enough. They are allowed for now.

ONLY NORMAL, REGULAR ARROWS (long and short range only!!!) or ROPE ARROWS

NO OTHER BOWS ARE ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE CONTACT VICTOR WARILARD IF YOUR BOW IS SECURED AND YOU WISH FOR IT TO BE ADDED TO THIS LIST

Other weapons:
"All weapons must be in the style of accepted Gorean weapons as depicted
in the books of John Norman.

NO DUALWIELDING, THAT INCLUDES HAND TO HAND COMBAT with MELEE OR BOW
NO COMBO WEAPONS (Hybrid), WEAPONS THAT CHANGE FROM STAB TO RANGE AND BACK AUTOMATICALY
NO KATANAS
NO TOMAHAWKS
No weapons of any kind for females that cause more than 30% damage
No weapons that bring down a captive on one single shot (e.g. Bolas.) may be used in combat

Tarns are allowed, but must be metered

Weapons used by slaves and some FW e.g. broom, stick, rock, slingshot,
frying pan, etc. MUST conform to the following strike damages
Rocks 9-11% damage , brooms 9%.

Anything causing arrow or melee damage, which is not a bow, sword, spear,
dagger will be immediately invalidated

There will be NO range weapons that are normally hand held.. e.g. daggers,
swords, spears, swords... WE DO NOT ALLOW 100's of spears/daggers/quiva's
to suddenly appear from nowhere and be thrown all the place.

Any beast used in combat such as Tarns, Khailla or Tharlarion must be reasonably metered. Sleen, etc., CANNOT cause more damage than sword strikes. That also means you cannot add damage to multiple claws to inflict more damage.

APPROVED WEAPONS (This does not apply to bows. See above).
