Melisande, Ubara of Treve, rose out of her bed in the lavishly appointed apartment that belonged to her, in the great City of Treve, the bandits' spoils packed tightly in rooms all around her, insulating her from most of the rest of Gor.  She had been born in the delta, though, and Thassa called her to like an old lover, beckoning her to see more than the string of Voltai caps that loomed, enshrouding her city.  She yawned, sitting in her parlor chair as her tower slave began to style her hair and present her robes for the day.  She, gesturing to her idly would choose one and then call upon her silk slave to help fit it, her eyes roving over his tanned, muscular flesh bringing a confident smile to her lips.  "Is everything packed," she asked him, without looking at him.  He replied that it was, that everything was in order, and he had triply checked.  Perhaps she would leave today.  Perhaps tomorrow, to find the weapon she would ultimately use to change things forever in Treve.  And in Ar.  And in the City of Port Kar.  It would, too, bring Cos to its knees, and she shuddered with the intensity of it as she gazed in the looking mirror, the appearance reflecting back from it flawless, concealed, and purposeful.

((Note:  I am getting ready to begin this intersim roleplay with a few different places.  I have a number of good, fun roleplayers already lined up to participate in a political intrigue roleplay - this is not about metered combat, although it could happen.  I am specifically looking from Trevans folks who enjoy intricate roleplay who want to be a part of this.  It is going to be a lot of fun over the next few months, so let us build a great storyline and do it.  I need rarii, perhaps even a few animals - if you or your alts have Gorean animal avatars, assassins, scribes... everything.  If you're interested in this TYPE of roleplay, please let me know, and I will make sure you are involved!))
