reposted in  correct section( i hope) as suggested by MIstress Red

[2:29]  Akio Hendes: arriving at the tree with the bosk hanging in it , blood drained nicely , removes the ulo knife and with no further thought of the drunk slaves sets to work

[2:31]  Akio Hendes: firstly runs the knife carefully up the belly slicing the skin but not into the cavity, running the blade the full length slices around the neck along each leg,  around each  hoof,,, running razor sharp edge  carefully  so not as to cut  into the flesh…. and the tail

[2:32]  Akio Hendes: grips a small corner, at the `tail` end teases the edge  with the knife, starts to ease back the skin from the flesh, working slowly and methodically tugging  and  heaving, cajoling  the skin from  the  meat… unwrapping the beast as i do

[2:33]  Akio Hendes: pulling  hard at the hide,  sinewy grasp  holding tight to it body,  working  a piece of hide free at a time,,, down the full  length of the beast until the hide is removed in one piece, bloody and sweaty , hands and face  where  he wiped  away seat , sticky  with the  gory mixture , nods a satisfied smile as the last bit comes free

[2:35]  Akio Hendes: placing the hide to one side to attend to the tanning of it shortly , moves back to the carcass sliding the knife into its belly , taking care not to puncture the innards , opens the beast, entrails and stomach cascading  in  a slippery viscous pile to the floor

[2:37]  Akio Hendes: digging in to the entrails,  taking care to  removes the kidneys , liver , heart and bladder remembering the special treatment for that, the rest he pushes into a basket,  a  thought  to ask his Mistress if he could give  to  Master Colin to feed His tarn.

[2:38]  Akio Hendes: his  final tasks …s to cut off the head and hoofs..,, running the knife through the beast  neck  , working  the edge into a joint in the spine and severing,  a weighty  thump as it hits  the floor, tossing it into the basket for the tarn.  Turns to the hoofs  again  fiddling  the  ulo knife into a joint   cutting off each , keeping  to one side  for their  special purpose

[2:39]  Akio Hendes: lowers the carcass from the tree heaving it into the cool warehouse , to allow it to hang and mature before butchering

ick...my stomach turned a little reading that.  Very thoughtful of you to think of Colin for the organs.  I'm sure he'll appreciate that Smiley
