Posted in the notices to all citizens..

Its comes to light now two bodies have washed ashore on the banks of Ka'Zahr. Please in the future check the tide tables with the Dock Master before you dump a body. The urts are getting out of hand.  Dump bodies when the tides are going out, not coming in. The  Vosk flows in a generally westerly direction with morning being high tide.
