It was so quiet, so peaceful, not a sound that wasn’t from a wild bird or some other creature luring around the poor Village of Minus. Most people at this time were sleeping, the streets were not filled with the normal chatting and gossip but were dark and quiet as if the calm before a storm..
This seemed also to be the case only a few free were about and a slave, one left and one asked to be served as the beast was doing as ordered the man came and calmly said there was something burning, the slave threw what she had in her hands ran down the stairs while yelling for help, she did not even stop as she saw it was the infirmary that was burning. Instead she ran back and forth with water buckets trying to put the fire out as it spread. The man then once more came calmly to the girl told her the INN now as well was on fire, she yelled at him then to a warrior knowing it could only be this man who did it, only her and he were there, as the warrior came he ran the alarm the girl again tried to put out fires but had to give up; not even a eager slave could put out two fires alone. She could do nothing but just look as the flames eat the furniture in the Inn and the entire infirmary.
With a sad heart she looked to the warrior; he had been shot down by the Viking as he came into the streets the girl explained all she knew and saw and also informed this Northern Viking was not a stranger to Minus, but a troublemaker one whose weapons sat as if he was born with them.

Seems our warrior Pax and the scribe, Lady Isabella have been spotted yet again toting around town, some lovers' angst, or are they really arch-enemies to be?
As some of you might already know, Lina has been kidnapped! Yes yes, save the gasps, while we miss our lovable curvy slave, we're almost certain she might eat them into a rather easy escape--that is, if she's not enjoying herself and has submitted to wherever it is she may be already.
There have been some strange rumours about yet another warrior, Colin. Submitting to one woman, declaring his love to another, what will come of the rarius...a collar, a companion, or perhaps his antics will catch up with him in a duel for life.
Rumours have stilled on Lady Isabella's baby bump to be, but I have heard similar ones about a scribe as well, none other than Lady Olympia! Are these just women's words, or is there perhaps some truth to the matter?
Speaking of pregnancies, for the second time in as few weeks, Lady Pay has been found passed out for some unknown reason. While the physician assures her it is purely stress-based, I can't help but wonder if it is a case of a baby on the way.
Well well well. We have a new edict in town and bets are on to determine the first woman to fall victim to the Ubar's latest plot. Feel free to pass your gold along ((oocly)) of course to Lady Pay. She is going to publish odds. Get in on this before it's too late!

Yes, our buxom beauty has yet again been kidnapped and carted off to foreign lands I hear. Lina was taken by a tall dark bearded brute, seems from the North, witnessed only by safi which I am sure waved her off merrily. Now we all know that lina is a loyal and devoted slave, a little eccentric at times, well ok ok a lot....but it seems Our lina takes her loyalty seriously and I believe she is actually on a secret mission to aid Our beloved City in times of war.
How? I hear You ask, well it's simple really; by parading about on the Docks to catch the eye of any Torvie spy, seducing Him with her curvaceous body and be taken, so she may eat the North out of all food supplies, therefore making the North weak and ready to surrender.
Of course Minus and Treve have not been the same since her little holiday, its been far too quiet and new slave arrivals have not had the joy of lina's bullying introduction to their duties. Lets face it none could replace the smart mouthed little minx and the situation is becoming serious, I vote for a " bring lina home" campaign. Anyway let's get her back before she turns into a full-fledged bond.

The warrior Ashoka Mosely has been called on for the kidnapping of Lady Bella, what is going on and why is still under investigation.
Let it be known, I The Magistrate Sigiher will be checking slave registration and following up with fines for all owners who have not had their slaves examined and registered within two weeks to me.

By the will of the Ubar, all protectorships are to be a legal contract of guardianship registered with the office of the Magistrate. Only a Man can have guardianship over a woman, normally this would be a family member if there is none it would be the elder male Caste member. In understanding to what a protectorship is, the man oversees all the female's property and goods, all her actions, and those of the household.

Seems the patter of tiny feet was heard in the House of Grondar and Adrionna Quartz, on the First Day of the Fifth Hand of the Fifth Month in the Year 8160 Contasta Ar, Onna gave birth to a Healthy Baby Boy who was named Ace Danick Quartz.
He was born on the Family Estate in the presence of His proud Father, a Private Family Physician and other anxious Member of the Family, Ace weighed in at almost a whopping two stone and was about 17 horts long, the pride and joy of His parents for sure.
He is of course all grown up now serving the City of Treve as a Warrior and I hear quite the Ladies' Man.

Another Announcement is that Our delightful rani is up for Auction, seems the dark haired beauty is attracting a few, rani is a delight and pleasure to have around with her witty charm and talents ,
Rani has served the City Kennels well for a while and be an asset on any chain. she is bubbly and not shy by far, eager to please in all ways -winks-, now lately it seems that Our rani has also displayed a Musical talent playing the Flute for the Free which drew a large crowd.
