I personally try to wear gorean outfits and weapons as a warrior....at least when I am in a city or in a safe zone. When I am in a non-safe zone, I usually just wear trousers, shirt and bow. The simple reason is, that changing your weapons from something that looks good (Sword, Spear, Shield) to something you can fight with (Bow) takes round about the same time some Outlaw or Panther needs to shoot you down with a bow. I mean I am open for capture roleplay, but I dont really want to ALWAYS be the captured part.
It is quite sad, but it is like that.

As Warrior, I used to wear the Spartian/Greek tunics from Master Brock (the SLX URL Keira postet). There is "House of Nephilim", which also makes great tunics for all caste colors. The shop was gone for some time, I guess it's there again. The owners name was "Stephen Nephilim", if I remember correctly.

In addition, there is a small shop called "Goreanwear", owner is "Rahkyt Pontoppidan":

As far as I know, pants are really rare in Gor (expect for colder and desert regions maybe), tunics are common every day clothes, with sandals, and not boots.

For the footwear, both Master Brock's outfit and Goreanwear have nice sandals to get started. My personal opinion about boots: If someone really need boots to feel great, then please don't get a pair of these Bling-Bling Black Leather Gothic boots, especially not the ones with metal spikes all over (and this goes for all clothes, I saw cloaks with spikes and stuff which should be way more dangerous to the opponent than any melee weapon during fights *g)

2 Cents

As for the Bakah you wont see warriors without shirts anymore - a result of, hm, discret tips of the commander *laughs* I usually wear earth- and sancolors, mostly combined with something red, a cape, a ribbon, whatever. If I was a member of the warriors caste, this would be different, red would be more offensive - and of course I would wear a tunic (and I have one in my inventory). But we are nomads - I think the tunics and sandals fit properly in cities. And the red is just to show that I follow the codex, but dont belong to the caste or am an real outlaw. So my dresscode is a mixture between Tahari/Outlaw/Warrior - and it is practical. I always try to wear some pouches, waterbottle, rope and things like that at my belt - things I usually need. And I have some tribal Henna paintings on my arms. Most of my weapons have a tribal design, too - the spears and bows. And I use the Quivas - weapons of the waggon people who also live a nomadic life. Yes - and my scimitars which i change with a tribal short sword or Gladius often. But in the desert one should dress up in a Tahari way - and yes: If I enter northern regions I wear somethin warmer. Actually I'm wearing a black outfit - just a test if someone notices it, hehe. Beduins wear black in the desert, yes - but I like it when people on other Sims can allocate me.
