Knowing Treve they probably did all three. And while it is tough to banish someone you just impaled after torturing them I think they could pull it off!

No another warrior and I captured them and OOC they agreed to the punishment , so we summarily executed them for entering the city and attacking citizens , my slave Katy was very happy to watch this gruesome sight (she keeps asking me to impale someone again , she enjoyed it far too much) , and that was that , we impaled them above the gates , sisnt have a long drawn out as they had been found doing what they were accused of , no witnesses needed

How were they executed?  any details?  any backlash form their homestone?

no backlash I am not sure that they  had a  homestone i think they were outlaws ,

Ermm I killed a Treve slave for touching the homestone.. simple head off her shoulder and her collar sent to her owner with the message "You need to steal another slave who fits this collar" 

We have also many times offered captured warriors the opportunity to fight other prisoners in the arena to the death.. last man standing is freed and taken out of the city hooded and released out in the woods.

Most prisoners accept and like this opportunity to die as warriors  rather than be impaled or enslaved.. also good RP interaction for the city.
