Anyone with half a brain would know that the info on this forum cannot be used in RP.

I think its more important that the guys are kept up to date with the very, very frequent changes without having a barrage of notices every time they log on.

Course red section can always be hidden if needed and if others from Treve share your concern

NEver ONce did I post anything concerning the Scarlet caste ,, and as many have learned ,, yeah a lot that read the forums DO and WILL and Have used the forums as IC information for their own gain ,, you dont see other's posting their information of the Sturcture of their caste ,, I wonder how the Assassins would feel if information of this sort became public knowledge

I am sure if the Red Caste of Treve are unhappy at any of the work I am doing on behalf of Malcolmb they will let him know.

Our reasoning was that -

1.  We were told to use forum more
2.  Communicate more openly
3.  We are keeping a much closer eye on the comings and goings and who is actually active.

This is none of my business and nor is treve or their red caste anymore. But i will chime in anyway, as You all know i do from time to time!

This forum, is for use however those whom use it, see fit.. it is the PERFECT place to post threads such as bella started here, infact, all them years ago, when carter and i first joined treve up to gor-sl it was a big part of the reason! it provides a perfect way for folks who dont always manage to cross times inworld, to still engage in conversation about their caste and information that may well affect them...
claiming titles and ranks should not be advertised here, is like stating no one should ever wear a tag in world.... id wager that 90% of enemies know who ranks where in opposing red castes groups on an OOC level anyways... its not like ppl arent free and easy with the info on their own profiles etc, any sim worth their salt will still scout and find this info IC and any Mod worth their salt, will, if in doubt, ask for nc's of that rp!
Yes in an ideal world, the red caste section maybe would be a hidden access board, BUT practically speaking, with such a high turn over in players in certain areas, red caste and kennels, being prime examples, it is nearly impossible unless we all expect poor Laja to start everyday with lists of names from every city who use this forum of ppl she needs to add or remove...

Sorry Snaps , Bella is right we had complaints fro warriors that we were nor communicating effectively and the amount of notices was also getting complaints so it was decided that this is the best way as that is why the forum was set up.

Sorry folks I am with snapper all you need do is put all on a notecard name it red caste structure and date it and send to group. Any updates bella changes the note card and sends again with message please delete any old ones. And any new person who becomes a Citzen gets given the up to date copy. Now that sounds easy or perhaps I should just stay out

It does sound so easy Colin yes -   but sometimes I have 3-4 changes -  per day!!

The red caste roster is updated at least 3-4 times a week by me.  Thats an awful lot of notices.

The warrior caste has the biggest turnover, there are new applicants and people leaving all the time-   even more so than the city slaves  (I have been scribe for both now).

Speaking as one of the Red Caste of Treve, I appreciate this thread.  It helps keep everyone informed....Will some use this OOC info for IC use?  Likely so, Shame on them, but these are likely the same folks who will read your profile then use that info without having gained it in RP.  It sucks, but it happens....
