Annoucement to all citizens.

The Ubar of Treve appears to have reached an agreement with the black caste who frequent our lands. It is unclear of the details, but it seems to suggest an uneasy relationship has been reached, perhaps they are now being paid in the service of the Ubar who knows ?

But, it is suspected that this will not stop any Black Caste in the area of Treve accepting contracts against the citizens..so warriors and citizens remain vigliant, suspicious and above all dont turn your back on these killers.

no its just that anyone can hire a killer for a contract, but no one said that contract had to be to kill someone... what if its personal protection, or to escort? or to help the red caste, god forbid...

aye as i said... multiple killers can be used for certain things... escorts, body guards during war, helping other warriors, even raids...

highly unlikely... its been tried several times since i've been caste and not once has it been taken past the first stage of development...
