I do it if I used the wrong word and changed the meaning, or if sometimes I used the wrong name.

When others do it I occasionally do wish they'd provide a little context so I don't go back and search the paragraph.
For example, if they type a big long paragraph, I read it, then I'm typing my response and see this

*one

My brain stops and goes back and reads their paragraph again to figure out what they are correcting. Had they left it out of sentence somewhere?  Had they typed on instead of one?  Had they typed two instead of one?  I have to go play where's Waldo looking for it because I'm anal like that LOL.

I find it more helpful when I've come across those that provide a few words of context if they are going to correct.  Something like this.

*one glass of water))

yes, I also don't mind the mistakes and pretty much get what one wants to say. No big deal and no reason to correct it, even if it seems
to take from the meaning, I hope to just leave it flowing. Shrug and move on.  smiles

I am slow enough typing as it is and to correct lot of my stupid typing errors I would never get anything out.
I constantly type "Just" as jsut of the infamous "hte" or simply repeating a word twice.  I apologize for those that suffer through my silliness and one day I might be 70wpm and 100% correct typist (I doubt it but hope spring eternal).

It is why I hate posting my RP logs because I cringe at my poor English and typing, and the fact that people put up with it shocks me more.   Grin

I am really good in mistyping, I type fast and love to type jsut, hte and -gn. Mostly I just leave it an concentrate more on what to say, sometimes I try to correct before I send. I only correct afterwads when my finger slipped from the keys or when my sentences made no sense, as I sometimes rethink what I typed and delete parts of it to take another turn, sometimes I am then myself confused. Often I use the same words in one sentence, cause I forgot I typed it before.

But I surely do not mind correction.
