I have been told that many female avatars on SL are indeed men and that also a part of male avatars are instead women. There are also interesting essays on the internet about sex switching in a virtual world, quite illuminating. So I do not see why some kajirae could not be men. Moreover I must say some kajirae do play the woman in a quite weird way, excessive I would say.
So for me yes, some kajirae are surely men .. how many? this is not easy to say!!

I don't care to know who's playing the slavegirls my character molests, and don't care to know. I just play the pixels. That said, I don't know if I could enjoy an explicit sexual RP with a kajira if I KNEW the kajira was being played by a guy. Would throw me right off. Ignorance is bliss, as has been pointed out. I wouldn't be freaked out if I found out that someone I HAD done explicit sexual RP with had been played by a guy, but I doubt if there would be any repeats, once I knew.
