[2012/03/24 23:25:41]  PaKur had walked as far as possible among the many roads, hills, and mountain trails he could possibly move over after departure from the city of Ar. None knew that he had managed to escape and kept himself hidden for many months now. The condition he was in would allow him to carry no further, strength had been used to the point of literal exhaustion, de-hydration, and even malnourishment due to the limited amount of food he was able to kill and eat. Would death finally overcome him after all of the battles he had partaken in, leading the horde of his caste? Would he survive and live on as a phantom among the shadows to all? These things even he did not know now fallen and unable to move in dire need of an infirmary and a physician.

[2012/03/24 23:27:48]  Woman: "did you hear something ty?"

[2012/03/24 23:33:13]  Woman: lifts my skirts and steps down the steps , looking around. seeing nothing emmediately to indicate trouble , I scan the area apprehensively. My eyes land on a man crumpled over a way from the docks. I step forward, unsure if there is any danger. but my caretaking womanly instincts take over and I rush to the man

[2012/03/24 23:33:35]  PaKur was so delusional he did not even know where he was by now, laying there with eyes closed trying to stop the burning from lack of sleep, his mind barely able to comprehend the fact he was alive still but barely, breathing shallow yet steadily slower than usual, not even realizing just what kind of pain his body was in truth be known. The parched condition of his throat did not even give way to words.

[2012/03/24 23:35:37]  Woman: I kneel down beside him, first looking at his hands for a weapon, in case it was a trick. seeing none I brush away the long matted black hair from his face and look closely "sir, what has happened to you?" I ask, seeing if the man can at least speak

[2012/03/24 23:37:35]  PaKur faintly heard a voice not understanding any words really, trying to force his tongue forward to moisten his lips yet unable to do so, remaining still in his prone position with no movement of any kind, not even having strength left to form thought even if he could speak.

[2012/03/24 23:40:11]  Woman: I see his dry cracked lips move in an attempt to speak then look back at Ty "he is conscious, and dehyhdrated. can you help me get him to the infirmary?"

[2012/03/24 23:41:28]  Man 1: notices the man lying crumpled upon the dock as though he has been slain, he approaches cautiously looking at the Lady to make sure that she is in no danger. Stepping closer he whispers to the Lady " Who is he Lady, and how come he is here on our lands " ?

[2012/03/24 23:42:56]  Woman: shrugs looking worried at Ty "I dont know. he cant speak. I think he needs water. his lips are cracked and dry and the only sounds he makes are weak and uninteligable."

[2012/03/24 23:47:21]  Woman: looks up to Ty and blinks "shouldnt we get him inside?"

[2012/03/24 23:47:37]  Man 1: Aye Lady, it is not safe to leave him here with the panthers about, he kneels down beside the man placing a strong grip about his arm * Sir, he murmurs, I will lift you and help you to the village, tis just a few steps to the infirmary ". He supports the man as her raises to his feet, half carrying him, half dragging him to the village. * He grunts to the Lady, "fetch water from the well "

[2012/03/24 23:48:25]  PaKur blanked out completely it seemed, now hearing nothing nor able to see anything, laying half over the man's shoulder that carried him, his boots what were left of them dragging along the ground.

[2012/03/24 23:49:06]  Woman: I rush forward nodding > I reach the gate and open it for them, leaving it such as I run to the well for a bucket of fresh water

[2012/03/24 23:51:01]  Man 1: Pauses at the top of the steps to catch his breath, muttering to himself, and wondering why it is that he gets all the heavy ones to carry, * He changes grip and heads towards the infirmary

[2012/03/24 23:52:23]  Woman: I set the bucket down and grab a bowl , filling it with cool water . I pat the green bed "over here"

[2012/03/24 23:53:29]  Man 1: manages to drag the man into the infirmary, thankful that the Lady had opened the door, He lowers him gently to the bed, lifting his considerably sized feet to lay him flat on his back

[2012/03/24 23:55:39]  PaKur though unconscious at the moment, little movement was made by him, his mind far in the blackness of a place he could not comprehend nor pretend to have seen it had he been awake to consider such a moment.

[2012/03/24 23:56:36]  Woman: I see the man is still only half conscious so I lift his head , and press the bowl to his lips, letting some of the fluid pour into his mouth. not enough to choke him but enough to wet his lips and mouth. I then look to ty "do you know who he is?"

[2012/03/24 23:58:44]  Man 1: His breathing easing now from his exertions, he looks down at the man, studying him. He turns back to the Lady, shaking his head slowly, * Nay Lady, he says, I have never seen him before, but he needs help and nourishment by the looks of things

[2012/03/25 00:01:34]  Woman: nods and stares at the stranger "we can give him sips of water. he can eat if he awakens. but, I am no physician, I suppose all we can do is try to hydrate him and let him rest. Do you suppose it is safe to have him here?"

[2012/03/25 00:02:07]  PaKur managed to hold onto two scrolls in his hand during his fall and transport to whereabouts unknown to him, the wetness of his lips from the water drawing his mind slowly back just enough to hold the two scrolls out in his right hand as if he wanted someone to find them.

[2012/03/25 00:04:38]  Man 1: shrugs * what is safe Lady ? The man can barely walk, so I think it unlikely that he will be chasing us through the village. * he notices the man holds two scrolls, his hand moving weakly as though to pass them to him, * reaching out he slides them from his fingers, the first falling open, he quickly scans the page

[2012/03/25 00:06:58]  Woman: as the man seems to half awaken I pour more water passed his lips, I then watch as ty takes the scrolls from the mans weak hands and I look on with unhidden curiosity "what are those?" I say , continuing to try and hydrate the stranger

[2012/03/25 00:07:04]  PaKur hovered in the darkness that surrounded him out of it completely and unable to form words, still unaware of his life on the line. Along the journey the scrolls had been made just for a moment such as this one, instructions given to those that would find him in this condition.

[2012/03/25 00:10:42]  Man 1: He opens the second scroll, again reading the words and noticing the map. * Turning to the Lady, he replies * It seems as though the man has come from a dark place Lady, these scrolls are instructions as to where we could find those who would help him. * He frowns as he glances down at the man before speaking again. * I will speak to our Commander about this Lady, but we cannot do anything until the man has recovered some strength and told us his name

[2012/03/25 00:12:44]  PaKur felt the water pass his lips causing his mouth to open somewhat further to receive it, eyes still closed and unware of who was around him, nor where he was at, his body stilled in place, trying to lick his lips yet falling again unable to do so.

[2012/03/25 00:14:53]  Woman: I set the bowl down "that is a start at least. I dont see any bleeding wounds" I say as i take a cloth blanket, neatly folded, from the shelf and lay it over the man, not wanting to tamper with the weapons "I will bring him a basket of breads, dried meat, and fruits and the physician can check him over when she awakens"

[2012/03/25 00:19:21]  Man 1: looks at the "Woman", " Do you have anything like a bosk stew prepared at the tearooms Lady, the man needs nourishment if we are to get him back to health

[2012/03/25 00:21:07]  Woman: "yes, ill fetch a basket of breads, meats, and fruits for him for when he awakens (you missed this post) : I set the bowl down "that is a start at least. I dont see any bleeding wounds" I say as i take a cloth blanket, neatly folded, from the shelf and lay it over the man, not wanting to tamper with the weapons "I will bring him a basket of breads, dried meat, and fruits and the physician can check him over when she awakens"

[2012/03/25 00:21:53]  PaKur lifted his head for a few ihn mustering up enough strength to whisper through his still dried mouth, "Lyon". The ability to speak only one word was apparent when his head fell back to the table, quickly falling back into a state of darkness subconsciously trying to balance the pendulum of life and death, which way he would fall was up to the Priest Kings themselves.

[2012/03/25 00:26:12]  Woman: looks to ty "ill let you hear what he has to say, since you know what is in the scrolls and will be sharing with the Ubar. Ill go fetch the foods. can i get you a drink as well ty?"

[2012/03/25 00:26:54]  Man 1: Lady, he murmurs softly to her, the man is exhausted, bring whatever you can for him and try to get him to take more water, I will leave a note for the Physician and for the others of our village, explaining why the man is here. It seems that he is asking us for help to find these people named on the scrolls

[2012/03/25 00:28:55]  Woman: nods "I will be right back" I murmer as I walk toward the door

[2012/03/25 00:29:05]  Man 1: shakes his head, * I am fine for now "woman", let us see to the man first and make sure that he is as comfortable as can be

[2012/03/25 00:31:31]  PaKur never in his mind thought the day would come when those that knew what to do for him would be sought out to render his condition from its current state back to who and what he was. Due to the fact that no one knew where he was aided him most of all at this very moment, to potentially remain alive and relatively hidden from society as a whole.

[2012/03/25 00:33:06]  Man 1: He studies the man again as he pulls the scrolls from his vest, He reads them carefully noticing that there is a signature on each. Sir * he calls quietly to the man, not knowing whether he can be heard, There is a name here * PaKur * Is that your name Sir ?

[2012/03/25 00:35:25]  Woman: I return quietly and set the basket of sliced bread, slicked larma, and salted meats on the table next to him along with a pitcher of water and clay footed bowl "this should do for now. we should let him rest. hopefully he will awaken soon. If not the physician should be able to help"

[2012/03/25 00:35:33]  PaKur seemed to fade in and out though ever so slightly while laying there incapacitated. There may have been others around him at the time, who helped him, or still yet others that would try to kill him, either way the fact remained he was here and unable to move.

[2012/03/25 00:38:54]  Woman: rubs my arms "I will check on him in a while if I can. I will leave the details in your trustwortny hands sir. I am confident there is no better man to find out the mystery" I smile to ty

[2012/03/25 00:39:33]  Woman: "if you need me, I will be in my room" I offer, leaving the infirmary, leaving the man to tys capable hands

[2012/03/25 00:39:42]  Man 1:  He leans over the man and unbuckles the sheathed sword, his fingers moving to the thongs that hold his bow in place, gently he removes the mans weapons, not to disarm him, but to make him comfortable as he rests. Carefully he stands the mans weapons against the corner of the room. * He whispers to the Lady, let us leave him to rest for a while, we have done all we can, I will leave a note for the Physician

[2012/03/25 00:42:47]  Man 1: His mind on the scroll that he will prepare, he looks at the man knowing there is nothing else he can do for now. *Rest and sleep he murmurs, that is all I can advise. He heads to the square to place a scroll upon the board
.
[2012/03/25 00:43:00]  PaKur remained in the silence he had fallen to, unaware that anyone had touched him, falling to a deepened sleep finally, something he had not done for many months now, only sleeping one or two ahn a night bringing on the exhaustive state that had overpowered him finally.

Making fun of the RP I would think is a bit rude? I know it's all in fun, but taking into consideration the quality and seriousness as well as balls of the RP, if you really think about it, I would think would warrent a bit of respect since the person doing this has obviously thought this out quite well in my opinion. I certainly do not go about making fun of someone's RP when it's not intended to be funny at all.

But again, I can't tell people how to act either...

and I will admit Triad, I did laugh cause it really was funny.. grins

Now now now.. this could be very interesting or it could be a huge disaster...

Will the BC collective see this as an opportunity to evolve a series of intricate power plays within their caste  or simply look sceptically on this as some arsehole trying to be head honcho

A lot will be depend on who is the typist beyond the Pakur avatar and how he (possibly, she) plays this out

PS.. Nice one Triad.. as usual the comedic value scores a 10/10  Grin

As a general rule, I don't RP "canon" characters, but will make an exception here because there's potential, considering I have the old man in my character background.

Oh yes, this definitely gives me the opportunity to kill "Pa-Kur" like I always would of wanted to.  Let's face it, he lost his way and knowledge of how to be Black Caste in the books and over stepped his bounds.  Old Fashioned Black Caste Assassin Vincent Cassady is ready to check Pa-Kur into the Smack Down Hotel and book him on a one way trip back to Jabroniville.  ^_^

[2012/03/30 12:45:28]  Warrior: after being told of the situation that had occurred, and having been given the scroll the man in black wrote, Warrior set off to the mountains, he had met a man, a master assassin there and he had turned on his way back, satisfied with the information acquired.... he would reach the infimary gate and he would calmly open it, as he did he would of, as expected, see the man that had claimed to be the vanished PaKur

[2012/03/30 12:46:12]  PaKur faintly heard the opening and closing of a door to what building he did not have any clue about being in yet, only that he was laying in something far softer than the grounds of the lands between the trees, or a hardened temwood deck of a ship. Due to his eyes nearly being sanded shut from the multiple days of slumber he left them as such and through very quiet rasped tones tried to whisper "Lyon", after which he attempted to swallow to moisten his heavily parched throat.

[2012/03/30 12:53:31]  Warrior: had walked into the building, firm steps of a military man carried him across the first room, and then the second, the smells usually found in infirmaries filled his nostrils, he never enjoyed them... his eyes would fixed on the man before him, the voice spoke and he knew not who the woman was.... he would intently regard the man, he was large in size. The assassin must have slept for days on end, he had been cared for by the physician during that time and he would step forward... a small bowl filled with water lay cleanly over the table next to the bed he slept on and Warrior would grab it and stretch his hand to the man "drink" he would say to him, his second hand reaching to grab the assassins and he would bring it to the bowl

[2012/03/30 12:57:39]  PaKur barely knew that anyone had tended to his current state during the long days of slumber, moreso now that someone drew his hand to an object, fingers searching it around the edges and over the rim feeling the moist liquid within. Slowly he clasped the bowl towards him attempting to turn his head enough to pour a small amount over his dried lips getting most of it on his beard yet managed to gather enough to wet his tongue, eyes unable to open still he laid his head back down and released the bowl, "Lyon, heal", were the two words he got out licking his lips he repeated them unable to muster the strength to speak and could only reach out grasping the forearm of whomever stood at his side, "Lyon, heal".

[2012/03/30 13:02:29]  Warrior: again the man before him had spoken the same name... Warrior had now taken the bowl again and he placed it back on the old wooden table that lay erect by the bed.... his attention again would turn to the man and he would say in calm words "the woman is not here, Lyon is not here" he repeated the words for the man to make out their meaning simply "you are in piedmont" he would then add, not expecting the man to understand the second half of his statement

[2012/03/30 13:05:10]  PaKur faintly heard the words of what now was confirmed to him by the tone, a man at the side of what he laid upon. Slowly a breath was drawn to deeper portions while his tongue moved over his lips to moisten them further, "must find Lyon, slave, must heal", he managed to get out giving the man's arm a squeeze as if a dying man laid before him grasping for the last straws of life, even the strongest of beasts would die in the city of dust, was it his time, no one knew, certainly not PaKur.

[2012/03/30 13:10:48]  Warrior had gone to the mountains, he had confirmed the presence if the slave, yet he had not met her, he was promised by a man that she would be sent to him... of course that he did not speak off now "i had gone to Dyval" he said in slow words.... he needed the man to understand "the place was empty" he would add "then i returned.... i found the girl named "slave" yet she is not here, yet" his words were clear, his face directed to the man as he spoke for the sound to flow well...

[2012/03/30 13:14:27]  PaKur squeezed the man's arm recognizing few of the words he spoke in return, releasing his fingers clasp reaching for the bowl with waves of his hand trying to find it in his darkened state, "water", he managed to get out and dropped his hand at the side of what he laid upon, breathing slowed to a pace of what seemed comfortable at least. Memories had flashed in and out during those times he had managed to gain enough consciousness to know he was alive, some of which he would rather forget entirely, others he needed to remember under the circumstances, the physician he called for, and the slave from old days of Ar.

[2012/03/30 13:18:26]  Physician arrives to the infirmary in a whirl of skirts and clips off the irritating veil... she removes the pearls from her hair... then notices the men in the next room.... 'Ah Tal." She crosses into the exam area..
.
[2012/03/30 13:18:30]  Warrior would nod, not that the man could in fact see his face... his hand rising to grab the bowl and he would again move it to the man's hand and press it to his palm, he would note that the assassin was now starting to come too, the days of rest bode him well.... "try and open your eyes" he would say to him, again in a calm slow tone

[2012/03/30 13:21:18]  Physician: He is waking? *she crosses into the room and removes her elegant gloves. "Has he spoken at all yet Warrior?"

[2012/03/30 13:22:57]  PaKur took the bowl slowly one finger at a time wrapping around it drawing the edge near to him, another voice faintly heard which was of a woman this time. Swallowed a few times before opening his mouth drawing the bowl back to pour as much water into it as he could get and gulp it down, still limited strength caused the drop of the bowl splashing out the rest of the water on his face and beard. Fingers on his right hand began to crawl across what he laid upon to find his right eye rubbing some of the water in slowly and then dropped his hand laying flat having yet another moment of consciousness, "LYON has what to heal me with", he said plainly and barely cracked his right eye in blurred vision noticing two figures that stood before him.

[2012/03/30 13:29:09]  Physician looks down at the man... noting his struggles ....she states..."I need to wash my hands a moment Warrior. He is obviously still very weary and unable to speak at length yet. But, this Lyon... have you had any success.... locating anything to do with that name in the cities you investigated?" She crosses into the kitchen and scrubs her hands... then takes down her stethoscope and sets up a tray with soft cloths and a bowl of warm water. Verr gloves are also on her hands... she sets up the side table... then soaks a cloth in the water. She wring the toweling and begins to gently wash the grime and residue from the man's eyelids.

[2012/03/30 13:30:43]  Warrior: would shake his head to Physician.... as the man spoke, and for the first time clearly, Warrior would at last understand what the issue was and he would nod "i shall go, and i shall bring what need be brought from that woman" his voice firm and clear to PaKur he would turn and he look at Astri one last time "i travel to Dyval" he states to her.... his back now to the man he would walk towards the door, he would not look back nor speak... he, now, was on a mission of his, and the assassin's making

[2012/03/30 13:32:49]  PaKur closed his eye back in place after the man spoke, slowly falling back into a deepened sleep, unable to realize what was occurring to him. The bottom line fact was he knew he was alive yet felt as if death had overcome him physically, under the circumstances none would have ever seen him in this state.

[2012/03/30 13:36:23]  Physician: I shall bathe him.. make him as comfortable as possible rarius... But, I do wish he could be moved upstairs... I have a better ability to nurse him there than in the main area of the infirmary. *she washes the man's face then uses a small bit of lip balm for his mouth. "But, I do not know, also, the extent of the issue here. I can take blood and check for the issue... but was awaiting your orders.

All I hear is kill kill kill him? But what would be your logical reason why when he didn't break any caste codes?
It's easy to say I'll kill him, but why? Is it because he's intimidating? Even if you wanted to kill him, my question
is this, why? I'm just curious is all. I know what my answer would be, but it's interesting to have you all really
think this out instead of just pulling an answer or emotion out of the air?

If I answered, "I'd kill him." I could tell you exactly why I'd say such a thing, I'd be able to explain "why" I'd want him killed. I for one don't always answer from emotion, but logic. Would you not want to be able to pick his brain? See what is in it? Granted this is a player in SL Gor doing an RP of a very incredibly complicated, feared and epic man. I'm interested in picking his brain as an IC player and not just wanting to just outright kill him.

Why is it so few see or think still stuck in the box? Maybe he's also back because he's part of anothers character background epic RP? Maybe he's wanting to shake things up? Maybe he's wanting the BC to actually start thinking like some expect a BC Killer to act like? Then again, who's to say how one should? All were different men with different thinking and different aggression tendencies etc. Some were hotheads I'm sure and some so patient they got you when you least expected.

I'm actually enjoying all this and watching how it may play out. I like digging into things instead of killing things outright before you get into the inside layers sort to speak.

This is extremely facinating to say the least...

think this out instead of just pulling an answer or emotion out of the air?

The reason is simple enough ... Pa Kur did break his codes and even was the reason why all Black Caste were outcasted for a long time. So the reason to have him killed is very obvious.

Still you do make a point. Since would any killer still think him to be a alive and more importantly hunt him actively ? After all those years ? Next to it if this fellow plays his part good, none need to know he is the same man. This could be an awesome storyline, but I am sure that anyone that dares to play Pa Kur should be reasonable and not cry invalid when he is indeed killed if he exposes himself as the one that dared to make himself Ubar.

I see Roleplay oppertunity ... and I am a little weary because I fear that this fellow will be under a microscope even more than the other killers out there. His life is signed for ... anyone that plays Pa Kur in the open must understand that indeed many would want to take him to the city of dust.
