If you haven't seen the announcement on your avatar SL home page from the Lindens...

Project Animesh Beta - New Support for Animating Mesh Objects

Video by Medhue
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUg4oGJ9KEI

These are NOT avatars, they are animesh. Separate! from the avatar, but uses the bento avatar skeleton.

Animesh uses the bento skeleton and allows folks to create avatars/objects etc. have it move using sl animations (bvh) and all without being attached to your avatar.

RAH.

This is beta,on the aditi grid, folks are testing working and playing with it.

You need the Second Life Project Animesh Viewer  and be on the Aditi beta testing grid to load your mesh projects to test/play/find the flaws.
