and more over from what I have gathered the majority of slaves came from other Cities taken during raids and the like and from what I have gathered in the books there is a General air of a Gorean that only their City's shit dont stink anyone from another is barely better than the bosk outside anyways  so why would they choose a slave that came from Ar when they could have a Free Woman of their homestone ( although there does seem to be an exception for the daughters of Admins and Ubars beacause with charging SOOOOOO much for bride price only another admin or Ubar could afford it that or a VERY VERY good Merchant)

For a Gorean man to have a child with a slave would be amongst the major social taboos.  It would be similar to a Prince, or a high society blue blood, slumming it with a poor dive waitress and having a kid.  Sure it can happen, but he get shunned by people in his social circle and the child would always be treated second class or worse.  Plus it is just an insult to free women that are pretty much only free because they are mothers.  Do you think if it was accepted on Gor if slaves were welcomed openly to birth children of their Masters, that any woman on Gor would actually be free?

Then have aspect that slaves are seen as pleasure objects, submissive qualities are sought out in slaves and even though Gorean likes spirit and intelligence in their slaves.  At the heart is that submissive nature and desire to be a heated beast of pleasure that the men want.  Procreating means passing on those traits to offspring, so Goreans being might is right and valuing the strength of nature they would be less inclined to breed with those that they might deem to pass weakness onto their offspring.

Only for the first half-dozen books or so.  From Marauders onwards he almost never frees a female slave and also he re-enslaves some women he had previously freed such as Luma.

My point was that it did happen in the books, and so people take that to mean that it's okay and acceptable.

I can't think of a single instance in the books of a free man getting a slave pregnant while she is still a slave.  There are references and examples of slaves being freed so that they can bear the children to their former owners, such as Vika's mother, but then they are free women.
